Adeline is a seasoned executive with a diverse background and a proven record of success working with global businesses. Combining her strong people skills, international financial services foundation, human capital and community engagement expertise, she has a proven record of achieving positive outcomes for her clients. As a business owner and entrepreneur who has lived and/or worked in six countries, she is recognized for her skills in global leadership development, executive search, political and economic risk assessment, and fundraising strategy.

Adeline started her career at Citibank in New York and then in Europe, focusing on marketing and cross border and political risk. She advised Citibank’s senior management on the firm’s business strategy and
product offerings in Israel and the former Yugoslavia. After leaving Citibank, she has worked independently with large multinational companies developing and implementing their business strategies in the Balkan states. Spencer Stuart hired Adeline in 1993 to support senior level financial sector searches in German speaking markets. Plus Coaching was founded in 2006 to provide independent and tailored offerings to Adeline’s client base.
A Georgetown University School of Foreign Service graduate, Adeline majored in International Finance and Commerce and is fluent in German, with basic French and Spanish language skills as well. Adeline is also a board member of Georgetown University’s Wall Street Alliance and a founding board member of the Children’s Museum of the East End. Currently, she is actively engaged as a board member and treasurer of I-tri (an award-winning community-based program empowering female adolescents to make healthy life-style choices).
