Adeline’s Curriculum Vitae

Adeline is an executive and team coach and consultant. Her background is in international finance and management, executive search, financial strategy, fundraising and board development. She has lived and/or worked in five countries and has particular strengths in:

Using a flexible and results-oriented approach in her coaching and consulting, Adeline focuses on linking human capital with strategic business outcomes and guiding both individual leaders and teams to realize their potential. She is particularly skilled at balancing a people focus with a financial focus. Adeline quickly establishes a valued and trusting partnership with her executive clients.

In 2007, Adeline founded her Consulting and Executive and Team Coaching business. Adeline has coached senior executives transitioning from staff function to line positions and executives on skillfully working in multicultural environments. She has coached and mentored organizations on next generation leaders and leadership competency development and coached and advised family companies on best practices and procedures and hiring and training senior leaders. Adeline has worked with multicultural and geographically distributed teams both face to face and virtually and with team leaders to implement best practices for their teams. In the non-profit arena she has developed and implemented fundraising strategy and formed key corporate partnerships, fundraising events and individual giving. Adeline lead a museum out of bankruptcy- implementing a sustainable financial and fundraising structure and board development strategies.

Adeline stepped out of the work force from 1997-2006 to raise her three children and focus on philanthropic endeavors. During this time she served on three school boards, was instrumental in founding and building a children’s museum on the East End of Long Island and helped with outreach for the National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts.

Adeline joined Citibank in 1985 in New York and in Europe, focusing on marketing and cross boarder and political risk. She advised Citibank’s senior management on their business offerings and strategy in Israel and former Yugoslavia. After leaving Citibank in1991, she worked independently with large multinational companies developing and implementing their business strategies in former Yugoslavia. In 1993 Adeline joined Spencer Stuart, an international Executive Search firm, supporting senior level financial sector searches in German speaking markets.

Adeline graduated from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with a major in International Finance and Commerce. She is fluent in German. She acquired her Executive and Team Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. She lives on Long Island with her husband and three children.
